Hello all. New to the site. Have been investing for a couple years and learning by mistakes made. Currently have 4 properties and looking forward to buying more next year. I also work fulltime with plans to expand the rental biz into a real job asap.  I work nightshift so don't think I'm rude if I'm slow to reply to any posts.
