Hey all,

My grandmother moved from Dewitt NY to live with me in Boston. She has a two/three bedroom near Pebble Hill area that could use some work. I am new to this and would like get my feet wet with this one by fixing it up and rent it out so I can leverage it into a second property.

Does anyone have property management recommendations in the area or general tips?

Thanks,

Andrew

@Andrew Mazur, feel free to PM me. My wife's Aunt and cousin run a real estate agency and do property management in the cuse. I have worked through them to pick up 5 doors in that area while living in CA and am happy to answer questions on the area plus managing your portfolio remotely. There are also locals like @Brian Barfoot who know way more than me and can help you out.
