Hey all,

Lots of resources and knowledge, and I'm loving it. Exactly what I needed to keep me moving forward. Mostly new to investment properties and the methods for evaluating them but not new to Real Estate. I used to work in a Title Company and have family in RE. 

Looking for long term family income and security in a crazy world.
