Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself, I'm Ben and I am a new real estate agent in Binghamton NY area. I am interested in doing multiple types of investing: buy and hold with single families and multis, private lending, tax liens, and REITs. Still a newbie in the investing arena and look forward to getting some deals off the ground soon!
