New Investor in Kansas City, MO (Northland)

Hi everyone,

First, let me say that I'm excited to find such a powerful tool like Bigger Pockets.  I hope I can use it to get my career in real estate investing off the ground.

I've lived in the Kansas City area for 9+ years now and I love it here.  I'd love to be able to find mentors in this area and get involved in real estate.  I'd love to start with flipping homes, and then get into buy and holds on multi-family homes and single-family homes, then maybe upgrade to apartments down the road.  Wherever the road leads, I know that I love dealing with real estate and would enjoy working hard to succeed.  I currently do have a full-time job that I do enjoy, as it is a 8-5 job M-F, so I would have flexibility to work on nights and weekends to get a better feel for the industry and find where I can succeed as I get started.  I know the process will take time, and I'm looking forward to it.

I look forward to connecting with you and taking a part of this journey!
