Greeting and salutations to all. I'm Ken Millican and I approve this message. I moved to the Lexington area a little over four years ago from Atlanta. I've always been interested in real estate. In Atlanta I helped a friend who was actively obtaining rental properties with his bookkeeping. So I do have some knowledge of the process. I have spent the last four years reading and researching on my own to formalize my goals and define my niche. Having left my full time job to become a stay-at-home parent has been great but now I'm ready to pursue my goals. It was through some recent research that I found the Bigger Pockets sight. I'm looking to meet other people in my area to further my education as well as possibly partner with in the future. It is my belief that you can only be successful with a great network and even better team members.
