I'm trying to start my adventure in Real Estate investing. I still have a lot decisions to make, do I want to invest in multi fam, or single fam. Decisions, decisions which way do I go. A Little bit about me 46 yrs old, live in the suburbs of Chicago, full time employee for a railroad, & decent enough credit to be pre approved. Right now I'm just trying to find my way.
