Hello,

I am a licensed contractor located in Indianapolis, IN with several years of experience doing residential rehabs. I have worked with several investors out of state and realize the importance of communicating updates/set backs timely and photos. I have done several rehabs ranging from $15k-$120k..no job too big or small.
