Hello, my name is Dana Wirtz.  I am a stay at home mother of 4, 4 and under.  My husband, Lucas, and I are just about to sell what I call an unintentional flip.  We bought it almost 2 years ago for $135,000 (with the intention of living in it forever) and are selling for $199,900.  We put a ton of sweat equity into it and I have found that I really enjoy the whole process.  I have been listening to BP podcasts, and reading some of the material, and started thinking more about flip and hold houses.  I have also been pointed in the direction of lease option houses.  All this to say we are moving in the direction of real estate investing.  I have much to read and learn, and need to balance it with my other responsibilities, but I am excited about this new direction.  I look forward to being a part of this community.  Thank you.
