Hello, 

My name is Adeana Church. I am currently residing in Bakersfield, CA. I am continuing my education in real estate and will be a licensed agent by January 2017. My goals are to learn about flipping homes, and passive real estate investing. Since I am starting out I'd also like to learn about low to no money down investments. I am happy to join the group and hope to share and learn with you all!
