Hello Bigger Pocketers!

I am a real estate business law and closing attorney licensed to practice law in DC & MD.  My interest in helping real estate businesses started by helping landlords evict bad tenants.  I now help real estate business owners such as investors and title companies with their legal and business needs.

I am interested in learning more about investing because I believe that understanding the business side will make me a better attorney.  I also love the idea of making passive income.  My main income source right now is Professional services, and it's difficult to scale.  I think investing may be better!  I can also save a lot of money on attorneys fees by evicting bad tenants myself.  >:)

Also, I plan on being active!  So get used to seeing *Disclaimer: This is legal information and not legal advice.  This does not create an attorney-client relationship between us.  Person's seeking legal advice should contact experienced local counsel.
