Hello everyone,I'm from North Florida and I'm a real estate investor/landlord, I don't like the landlord part. :mrgreen: My first year in real estate I acquired over a million dollars in real estate,I was buying rehabbing then selling,I had a great relationship with a local bank I purchased the property with no money down and walked away from the closing table with a check in my hand. It was great,you notice I said was,things have changed,as we all know,so now I am a landlord because I had a few properties that I could not get rid of when the market changed,so I am here to learn other avenues in the real estate market. Real Estate is my passion!
