Hi everyone, im Sebastian from

Munich, Germany and would really like to know how to start investing in real estates and especially finding acceptable, suitable prices for the different locations. How so I get to know the price per qm, where is the perfect Location to invest in a real estate, and which financing is the best one?

Thanks in advance

Sebastian

@Sebastian Utz Welcome to BP! I'd suggest you narrow down your criteria i.e. cap rates, neighborhoods, cost of entry, thy type of property SFR or MFR. I invest in Milwaukee WI. My market is great cashflow and not so much appreciation. However you can find a property SFR and Multifamily for under 50K Good Luck to you and I'm here if you ever have any questions about my market let me know.
