Hi Everyone,

Unaware that you all were out here but glad to have found this venue. I live in Maitland, Florida - presently rehabbing a "sad" house but moving forward in the note industry. Being educated by Scott Carson of WeCloseNotes - great content and entertaining at the same time!  Looking forward to developing relationships in the investing industry to become a more savvy investor.
