My team and I have done more than 2,000 real estate deals in and around the Metro DC area since 2003.  We use mass media to generate off market deals.  In addition to single family homes, we also have a small rental portfolio and deliver 3-5 small condo projects per year.  We are interested in expanding into different markets and using our proprietary marketing and systems to find deals.
