My name is Erica, I am an Agent licensed in several states to include GA, AL, SC, NC, VA and TN. I have REO and short sales leads with both commercial and Residential. I used to work as a closer/underwriter for both bank and Attorney so I know all steps from start to finish of a contract. In Alabama we are in the Mobile area which is near Gulf Shores, Pensacola, and Biloxi, MS. This area is Awesome and the market is an investor paradise.
