Hey Everyone, I've been sneaking around the forums for quite some time now and just reading the endless information that's out there. Its extremely helpful and amazing how much I'm learning! Also a huge podcast follower. I figured I should probably introduce myself since I'm in here! I'm living and working in Bakersfield right now and trying to set myself up financially before moving down south in the future. I'm currently working on acquiring my down payment and keeping my eye open for a 4 plex here in town. Hopefully Ill be able to grab one sooner rather then later but of course only when I find a great deal!
