First time on the BP Forums so criticism is very welcome. A little about myself i'm a u.s army veteran currently attending college striving for a bachelors in either Business or Economics . Also attending night courses to get my Real estate license.

Looking forward to learning from this community and any advice for a newbie would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
