Hello, my name is Nelson Hartranft and I have been flipping houses in the toms river, NJ area for 3 years now and have done about 15 projects. Recently I have passed my realtor test and will be hanging my license with Keller Williams.  I am looking to expand my business and connect with other investors in the area.
