Hello everyone!

I've already written a lot of this in my profile but I'd be glad to cover it here.

I am pretty new to Real Estate, I've done some research before and had a false start, but I am excited to start fresh, learn something new and get involved.

I am currently self-employed as a freelance Paralegal, although I work mostly at a small law firm which always has work for me, I also do Taxes and I'm a full time student. I was also an Insurance Agent for a bit but that's neither here nor there.

I am trying to get into Real Estate because I need something flexible enough to work around my current schedule and more year-round than Tax work. I hope I can build a small business flipping houses and/or land lording while eventually investing in more long-term Real Estate.

I'm not really sure what else to write here so if anyone has any questions I'd be glad to get a conversation going. Thanks!
