Hi all !  My name is Chuck.  I am a newbie real estate investor who already has three rental properties.  I bought these "the old fashioned way" and now I want to learn a better no money down strategy.  I'm also very interested in quick flips etc.  

I'm really looking forward to learning new strategies in real estate investing and connecting with like minded investors.
