I did my first deal this year and it really gave me the bug of wanting to grow and build wealth. I'm here to learn and hopefully give back to this legendary community. I've been hearing of  biggerpockets for a few years but I was always intimidated by the industry jargon and my own excuses  I'm glad I've finally dived in
