Hello All,

I'm a new member to BiggerPockets. My investment focus is Multi-family properties.

I'm currently searching for a real estate broker, lawyer, accountant, and private money lenders. Do anyone have a strategy on how I should locate these professionals?

Thanks for letting me join the team. :)

The first three you can ask here. I regularly give out lawyer names for the Baltimore area. Networking with local investors either here on BP or in person is a great way to find these professionals. I know we have members here from Frederick.

There is a list of hard money lenders here on the site. True private lenders are friends family and associates that are wiling to lend to you because they know you and trust you. you find them by talking about what you are doing.
