Newbie, but not totally
My name is Jeffrey, I'm a new investor with 3 buy and hold rental deals under my belt in Atlanta GA. All three are inside the perimeter (ITP) zip code 30318 and have been aquired within the last 16 months. I have one home I'm trying to flip in College Park, GA zip code 30349, which is a great buy and hold property but I'd like to use it to kick start my company and it is just a little too far from my base to manage.
I just began to do Real Estate investing full-time, I'm interested in connecting with the investor network throughout Atlanta for advice and to increase deal flow.
Short term investment goals are:
- Flip my College Park property by the end of the year
- 2 to 3 years to have at least 50 doors in my rental portfolio
- Use track record to establish an small investment fund outside of reg D rules (Private Placement)
