Hi Everyone,

Excited to be a part of this community. I am a realtor in Southern California and am looking to increase my knowledge on investments. I know the process of purchasing homes but am new to analyzing investment deals. My goal is to purchase a SFR or a small multiunit in the next 6 months. Looking forward to learning from all of the great investors in this community. Thank you in advance for teaching me =)
