Hello Everyone! I'm a new Real Estate Investor in the Baltimore market and a new member to Bigger Pockets. I'm looking to execute some flips in the Baltimore City or Metro areas. It has been a while since I was last in the industry. I have a Real Estate Broker License(inactive status) in NC and I recently sold my rental in NC.
