Hello good evening BP members my name is Rodolfo Delacruz. I am currently a resident of Waukegan IL and my wife and I are thinking of starting a home flipping business. The goal is to purchase either auctioned or foreclosed homes with huge potential and rehab them then either hold it to start out some monthly cash flow or sell out at a higher price. I have hear a lot of podcasts and there is a lot of useful information. Please feel free to share your experiences with us.
