I currently own one, two unit, rental property. I'm always looking for multi-family units, or single family homes with the option to add a dwelling, or convert a structure into a second dwelling.

At this time, I aim to finance with standard 30 year loans, cash flowing 8-20% cash on cash down, through rent.

I have a full time job, love looking at real estate options in my free time, and look forward to an early retirement.
