New Member "Hello" out of Sacramento
Hello everybody! New member / long time lurker. I am 20 years old in the process of transferring to Sac State from Sierra community college. In 2 years I hope to be graduating with my BA in Accounting. After a few months of constant research and number crunching it has become clear I am in a good position to begin investing for passive income through RE. I want to begin with SFHs in the greater Sacramento area as well as out of state(still doing location research for that) and then move into small Multi-family housing close to CSUS. By the time I graduate my goal is to own 2 or more SFH properties an at least 1 multi near CSUS.
Questions, pointers, and simple hello's are very much appreciated. I have read BP forums/ blogs and REI books until my eyes hurt. I need to take action and get some first-hand experience under my belt. I cant wait to dive into REI!
A BIG THANK YOU for your time!
