New Member in NY Metro Area

Hi Everyone,

I'm very excited about joining this community. I have recently started to listen to the podcasts and my interest in Real Estate investing has increased greatly. So now a little bit about myself. I am a recent college graduate in the NY York metro area majoring in Finance and Information Systems and am now working as an analyst for a bulge bracket bank. I have always been interested in real estate and the different factors that affect the market. I am looking to gain knowledge about how REI works and would like to begin investing in real estate within the next 3 years.
