I'm really not sure what kind of reception I'll get here... since I'm neither in Real Estate nor resident in the US.

My name is Oz and I live in the UK. I am a freelance writer, and have been building up expertise in the US Real Estate Industry.

I hope that joining this forum will afford me the chance to learn more from the guys that are out on the field everyday. I would also love to network and make some useful contacts through the forum.

I actually found out about this great forum through a client, and all I can say is that this place rocks.
