Hello, my name is Thea Gab. I'm a new BiggerPockets member from Leadville, CO.  I owned a single-family home rental in the Denver area for a few years and then sold it, but it got me hooked on real-estate investing and I am interested in getting involved again.

I'm a stay-at-home mom with 2 young kids and I do a little bookkeeping on the side.  I love living in the mountains in Colorado and being able to hike, bike, ski, and just get outdoors.  I would love to invest in my area, but the market in our tiny town recently took off, and so I'm keeping my options open.
