Pittsburgh and Zanesville new member introduction!

What's up BP'ers?! The names Jon Renner, full disclosure I'm not technically a new member, but I've never posted, so I'm feeling guilty about that and figured I'd introduce myself.

Wife and I are from Pittsburgh, PA - Lets Go Pens! Currently reside in Zanesville Ohio for the last 3.7 years...yea I know...Zanesville- the place where 80 wild animals escaped and were killed...I get it...However, the cost of living is comparable to a third world country so not all is lost if you're a mustachian or were deployed twice and can be grateful for anything American..

Currently I am a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch and just starting my real estate ventures! I'm pumped! Definitely looking to network with other real estate investors in the Pittsburgh and Zanesville/central Ohio area to learn from them, as well as build my tangible assets up in order to generate Cash Flow and leverage the power of tax deductions.
