Hi all!  I'm John from Campbell Hall, NY. 

I'm a contractor and have spent most of my life in the business. I have bought and sold a few property's of my own and rented one before we sold  Although I have rehabbed numerous property's for investors, I've yet to do one of my own.  I hope to gain and spread a little knowledge along the way. Glad to be here and look forward to networking with this new community  thanks for having me
