Hi everyone, I'm excited to join this great community!
I own a cash-flowing single-family home, but I am trying to move on into smaller multi-family deals. I'm brand new at it. I've read a lot of books and listened to a lot of podcasts, but what I really need is experience!
I'm originally from the Minneapolis area, and currently live in England, but I loved my time in Omaha and I like the stability of the market there. I am interested in cash flow and not expecting quick or large appreciation as a profit-maker.
