Hello to the Bigger Pockets community! I have been a long time lurker and finally decided to come out of the shadows and join in the conversation.

I am a newbie investor originally from Milwaukee, WI and currently living in Eau Claire, WI. I was forced into renting out my old house in Milwaukee when I moved to Eau Claire. So far so god there. Now I would like to start to investing for real. Right now I am looking for my first deal as a real investor.

Thanks for all of the great information I have already learned from the members here, and I look forward to continuing to learn even more! Hopefully I will even be able to contribute a little something at some point too!
