Hello all,

I'm a postal worker and mom of three seeking out ways to add another stream of income in order to help pay for my children's education. I've heard lots of good things about the real estate industry, but have been hesitant to try it out because of all the negative things I've heard. I have absolutely no experience in real estate and don't know where to begin, but a trusted friend steered me towards Biggerpockets so here I am ready and willing to learn! :)
