I am relatively new to real estate investing.  For now I am concentrating on wholesaling. It has been a huge learning curve and have yet to make my first deal.  I have made over 30 offers but have yet to close a deal. I have met many real estate agents and cash buyers and others like me in this business.  I am interested in increaseing  my networking community.
