I want to learn how to wholesale. My cousin tyler got me into wanting to learn. He is currently trying to close his first deal. I know the basics of it like finding a motivated seller then the buyer getting the property under contract calculate repair costs, your assignment fee then sell it. But I would like to learn how to do it completely and in detail.
