Hello All:

My name is Janine and I am new to the area of REI. I am potentially interested in doing some investing in the future, and happened upon BP...it's a wealth of information, and I am learning quite a bit.

I have no background in real estate, and am looking to see if I can get as much information as I can so that I can benefit from the experiences of others and determine the best course of action.
