Austin Remodeler New to Houston and Real Estate Investing

Hello, my name is Brian Horton.  I recently moved to Houston from Austin, where I owned and operated a high-end bathroom remodeling business.  I came here because I couldn't stand to be two hours away from my beautiful fiancee any longer!  Also, Austin city regulations are atrocious for those in the building business...just FYI.  I am now a full-time investor in Houston and looking to network with other real estate investors in this area and build a team of top-notch performers as I did for my Austin business.  I am currently most interested in finding a coach or mentor who has experience in high-margin residential flips, vacation rentals, and multi-family - my three intended areas of focus.  Very much looking forward to meeting other interesting and successful people!
