As an investor, I am actively looking for small multi-families in Philly metro area. I am also licensed in PA and NJ  and do a range of community development planning and consulting work with a focus on real estate. I am looking to partner with other investors to grow their RE portfolios. My focus areas are Delco suburbs, Germantown, and West Philadelphia.
