Hello BP family. I am a few months new to BP and have been pretty quiet so far reading and learning about BP and real estate investing. I an new to investing and have two buy and hold properties out of state. Looking to find a 2/3/4 unit property in Washington / Oregon that I can "house hack".  Tough sell with my wife but I think I have her convinced that this is a good move. I have set up my key word search and have been monitoring new posts. So far I am very impressed with BP and the wealth of knowledge available on this site and the sharing that happens with the BP members.
