Hello! My name is Jason. My wife Elizabeth I are new investors from Valrico, Fl. I found BP when they sent me a random email. No idea how they got my email address, but I'm happy they sent it! Since joining, I have been reading the Guides, Blogs, archived posts, and watching webinars to learn as much as I can about real estate investing. What a great site, I even went Pro!

My main investing focus is going to be in Buy and Hold, BRRRR, and flipping houses in the greater TampaBay area as I try to build up our assets. Currently, Elizabeth and I are about to embark on the journey of fixing up our own house with a cash out refi to prepare it for becoming a rental. Since I'm a veteran, and I have some guarantee left, I will be able to get another VA loan for our new primary residence @ 3% down( if I'm wrong about this please let me know). I plan on using the rest of the equity in my first home as a line of credit to help fund a second rental in a BRRRR strategy or a flip. I know that was vague, but I'm open to opinions if someone thinks that's not going to work, or has a better idea :)

I would like to thank Brandon Turner for all the knowledge he has given me through his books, webinars, and podcasts. I'm happy to be here on BP, and I'm looking forward to connecting with investors in my area and building some great relationships.
