Just wanted to Introduce myself here on BP. My name is Zac I live in upstate New York I am new to real estate investing. I own my own home and have secondary vacation property in the adirondacks. I have read and own over a dozen books on real estate investing, spent countless hours on BP and other REI sites and I am actively looking to purchase a multi unit investment property.
