Hi everyone! I am incredibly new to this industry, and still doing research to get a better idea on how to get started in real estate; so far I have been to one of those Fortune Builders 3-Day Seminars, and it has really opened my mind to using real estate as a new stream of income. I just stumbled across this website, and it really seems like a great place to connect and learn with others. From what I have learned so far, I am very interested in rehabbing and reverse-wholesaling, so hopefully I'll be able to learn more and chat with others sometime. :)
