Investor from oregon
I have two homes bought out right..i don't qualify for a conventional home since I had a foreclosure almost 5 yrs ago. However, i am thinking off using equity out of one of my homes to purchase another with FHA loan. I would live in it for a year and then rent..i just wish I could speed it along in purchasing more than just one a year instead of having to wait a year.
