Hello,

What a great community this is! Been on here for a week, and finally found time for an introduction. Cannot wait to dig deeper into these forums by giving and receiving input and data. I reside in Ventura County, and do some work in the Lake Havasu City AZ area. Looking to branch out in the near future into other states, into the buy and hold sector. Hope to see some of you at these SoCal meetups. Thanks for your time.
