Hello everyone,

My name is Nick Earls and I'm interested in real estate investing in the future.  I currently work as an optometrist at the PX on Fort Campbell.  I have been here for a little under a year and lived in Indiana before.  I work 50ish hours per week so want to stick to the more passive or off-hours side of real estate investing.   Currently saving up money and thinking of going the live-in multi-unit route along with possibly some tax lein investing back in Indiana.  As I said, I am new to the area so just trying to learn as much as I can about the area and real estate as I can for now.  I look forward to learning a lot from this community and hope to meet some of you soon.  Thanks all!
