GC from Northern Virginia - Better intro

First time in the pool here. I am a GC in Northern Virginia who has done higher end SF flips in the past. Looking to get back in and also do GC work for others. I can also try to answer questions you may have about GC's and the work work do and the value they add to your team. Not good at long distance estimates for sight-unseen properties so that won't work.

Been doing this a long time so maybe I can help some of you with contractor questions.
